This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for your orders, including costs, delivery times, and what to do if something goes awry. 1. Where We Ship

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working to expand—stay tuned! Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

 

All shipping costs are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include any applicable taxes or customs fees (for future international expansion).

 

3. Processing Time

 

Order Processing

We process orders within 3-5 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

 

Custom Items

If your order includes custom or personalized products, processing may take an additional 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you of any delays at checkout or via email.

 

4. Delivery Times

 

Standard Shipping

- Carrier: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for most orders.

-Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  

Expedited Shipping

- Option: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

- Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days after processing.

 

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes (e.g., during holidays). We’ll keep you updated if there’s a significant delay.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (if provided by the carrier). You can monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at Ostopaix@gmail.com.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

 

Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number first. If it’s still delayed, email us at Ostopaix@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

 

Lost Shipments

If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we’ll either:

- Send a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability), or

- Issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

Contact us within 30 days of shipment to report a lost package.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, see our Refund Policy (https://www.ostopaix.com/refund-policy) for details on returns and replacements. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at Ostopaix@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it!

 

8. Risk of Loss

 

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is handed to the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier, but we’ll assist you in filing a claim if needed.

 

9. Shipping Restrictions

 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. Some products may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or local regulations.
